Social Skills

After 2 years of workshops with focus on public speaking and leadership skills the children in their third year will be taught to develop their social skills; a necessity to interact and effectively communicate with all the social beings around us! “Behaviours and other forms of communication necessary to effectively create and maintain a good relationship among people that surrounds you personally or professionally”

Few aspects of social skills such as survival skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and conflict resolution skills will be focused during the workshop. The workshop is directly linked with the previous workshop Year 2: Leadership. The workshop will ensure the beneficiaries understand the importance of social skill. Simultaneously, the workshop will also focus on underlying skills such as building self-awareness, influential strategies, empathy, critical analysis and self acceptance.

The major aim of this year would be to help the children know themselves well so that they can understand others better. It will let them discover themselves and support the self realization journey of the people around them.
