AWASAR

We bid farewell to the beneficiaries of Batch D with certificate distribution. In the presence of the Deputy Mayor of Dhanushadham Municipality, a small farewell program was organized. A tailoring machine was distributed to the beneficiaries of tailoring training and Mithila art supplies to beneficiaries of Mithila art training.
In addition to the farewell, we onboarded a new batch of beneficiaries at the training center.

HAKUNA MATATA

Capacity-building

We conducted a monthly workshop of HM- Capacity Building for the month of July with a focus on two major core skills: Creative thinking and Responsible decision making.
The workshop had activity-based sessions that allowed children to participate and engage in the session. Along with the core skill, the component of the analysis, self-evaluation, and conversation skill was also added in the session.

Parahu

The children of the learning center are engaging in an art project. They are painting the walls of the learning center and creating arts inspired by their learning content

We are still raising funds for Hakuna Matata and Parahu on the GlobalGiving platform. The support received will directly be used to facilitate the capacities of the children and facilitators in Janakpur and Kathmandu.
