COVID-19 has been tough on us all. With all the safety measures in place, we have begun the third batch of Tailoring and Mithila Art training on July 23 for this year. A total of 24 trainees have been selected for the Basic level and 8 for the Advanced level of Tailoring and Mithila Art training. Need assessment was conducted in 7 different communities of Dhanushadham municipality prior to setting up our training center. 

Education is one of the major areas that has been severely affected by the pandemic. Children are forced to compromise with the accessibility and quality of education amid COVID-19. With the program Hakuna Matata - capacity building, we have been facilitating sessions on leadership and personal development skills and knowledge. A total of 11 children participate every month in our virtual workshops. This month we held two virtual workshops on problem-solving skills, idea search, and widening perspective. Each workshop conducted followed a standard curriculum and planned out activities to create a conducive environment where children could actively learn.
