A Mithila Christmas Art Fest
SAATH, in collaboration with Danfe Works Enterprises Nepal and the Mithila by Danfe brand, successfully hosted the Mithila Christmas Art Fest on December 5 and 6, 2025 at the Danfe premises in Jwagal. The two-day celebration honored the creativity, resilience, and craftsmanship of the women producers from Janakpur, while showcasing the rich artistic heritage of Mithila art that SAATH has been nurturing since 2019.

The festival welcomed over 300 visitors marking one of the most vibrant community engagements to date. The event radiated warmth, joy, and artistic energy, offering the public a unique opportunity to connect directly with the women artisans behind the craft.

A key moment of the festival was the visit by the Ambassador of the European Union Delegation, Her Excellency Veronique Lorenzo on the first day, who encouraged and congratulated the participating women producers and reaffirmed the significance of their work in cultural preservation and women’s economic empowerment.

The showcase featured an extensive range of products, many of which were introduced for the first time as part of an experimental collection diversifying Mithila art across new bases and materials. Visitors enjoyed a display of hand-embroidered and hand-painted exclusive tote bags, Mithila themed ceramic products, coloring books, greeting cards, bookmarks, coasters, pouches, jewelry boxes, trays, prints, and several newly developed design variations.

The production team from Janakpur, along with the trainer, traveled to Kathmandu for the event, where their direct interaction with customers helped visitors connect with the stories, skills, and dedication behind each product.

Visitors are welcome to continue exploring these creations at the Danfe outlet in Jwagal. Location: bit.ly/danfe-map

The Timeless Power of Honesty and Humbleness in Marketing
A blog by Mr. Ankit Man Singh
Sales and Marketing, Danfe Works

Hello friend. Today I want to talk about something that truly matters in marketing, humbleness and honesty. In a world full of loud ads and big promises these two simple qualities stand out and help build real trust while opening doors for long-term success. Marketing is not just a department but the face of the company and every word and action from the marketing team shapes how people see the company along with its reputation in the market.

Why Humbleness Opens Doors

When you approach clients with humbleness you create a good feeling right from the start because it is not only about pitching your product or service but also leaves a strong positive memory of your company. Clients feel respected and become more willing to work with you now and in the future. The key is listening and you must listen carefully to the client even if their concerns seem wrong because good listening helps you understand their real needs while poor listening can turn small misunderstandings into big problems.

Honesty Means Sharing the Truth

Humbleness is more than being polite and it includes being honest so always share correct information about your products while never making false promises or spreading wrong details just to make a sale. Your team needs to know the products inside out because we are not selling for one time but building relationships that last years. From the first conversation give true and clear facts and if something you said earlier turns out wrong tell the client right away while owning the mistake because this builds trust instead of breaking it.

Quality Matters Too

Honesty also means making sure the product or service is good quality so marketing does not have to do the quality check themselves but they must confirm it happens properly. Delivering what you promise is the foundation of long-term relationships and it shows respect and honesty to the client.

Keep Good Records

A simple habit that helps honesty is writing down important talks with clients so document what you discuss and what information you share because this builds more trust and also lets you look back while tracing everything clearly if needed.
Guide Clients with Care

Being humble and honest does not mean you always agree with the client because sometimes you need to suggest better options even if it means less profit for your company right now. Show them what truly fits their needs and this proves you care about their success rather than just your sale while leaving a lasting good impression.
Be Humble Inside the Company Too

Humbleness and honesty start at home so treat your own team with respect and never share wrong information internally or be rude. Marketing is the bridge between the team and the clients because all important details flow through you so collect correct facts from your team before passing them to clients. A small wrong detail can cause big confusion yet when the team trusts you everything works better.

Handling Tough Moments

Sooner or later you will meet difficult clients and some may be rude or unclear about what they want while others may feel unhappy with the product. This is when humbleness and honesty shine brightest so stay calm listen give clear and true information accept real mistakes with grace and do not accept blame for things you did not do wrong but explain issues kindly while offering solutions.

Share Honest Feedback

After a deal or project ask clients for honest reviews and share both the good parts along with the areas that need improvement with your team. Do not only praise and say everything is perfect because positive criticism helps everyone grow. Marketing is the bridge again here so pass the feedback without blame praise the team for what went well and gently point out what can get better because this keeps quality rising.
Sometimes LET GO with grace

True humbleness shows when you understand the client deeply and if your product cannot truly meet their needs, it is better to say so honestly. Pushing a sale just for profit can lead to unhappiness later and close doors forever yet letting go often keeps the door open for future chances when you have something that fits better.

Marketing is the doorway between your company and the client and humbleness along with honesty are the keys that open that door wide. Every step you take in marketing leaves an impact on the whole company so make that impact positive meaningful and full of trust.
